1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Vox Drive's intelligent EV software and automation platform ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vox Drive regarding your use of our platform, software solutions, and related services.
2. Use of Service
2.1 Permitted Use
You may use our Service for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. Our platform provides intelligent EV software solutions, automation tools, and related services for electric vehicle management and optimization.
2.2 Prohibited Activities
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers
- Transmitting any harmful or malicious code
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our software
2.3 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Pre-Booking Terms & Conditions
Important Booking Information
By placing a pre-booking order for any Vox Drive electric vehicle, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before proceeding with your booking.
Non-Refundable Booking Amount
The ₹2,000 booking amount is non-refundable once payment is completed and processed. This amount secures your place in the production queue.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Full refund is available if booking is cancelled within 24 hours of initial payment completion. Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official channels.
Pre-Shipment Cancellation
Refund may be available if vehicle shipment has not been dispatched from our manufacturing facility. Subject to production stage and company discretion.
Valid Documentation Required
Customer must provide valid driving license, identity proof, and address verification for vehicle delivery. Failure to provide valid documents will result in delivery cancellation.
Payment Schedule
Remaining vehicle balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule before delivery. Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time is 4-6 weeks from booking confirmation, subject to production capacity and component availability. Timeline may vary based on selected model and specifications.
3.1 Booking Process
- 1Information Collection: Provide accurate personal and contact information during the booking process.
- 2Vehicle Selection: Choose your preferred vehicle model, color, and specifications.
- 3Test Drive Scheduling: Schedule your test drive appointment at our experience center.
- 4Payment & Confirmation: Complete the ₹2,000 booking payment and accept these terms.
3.2 Cancellation & Refund Policy
Immediate Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking completion.
Pre-Production Cancellation: Refund may be considered if vehicle has not entered production phase.
Post-Production Cancellation: No refund available once vehicle enters production or shipment phase.
Documentation Failure: No refund if customer fails to provide required valid documentation for delivery.
3.3 Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during the booking process.
Maintain valid contact information and respond to communication from Vox Drive in a timely manner.
Complete remaining payment according to the agreed schedule before vehicle delivery.
Provide all required documentation including valid driving license and identity verification.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Vox Drive platform, including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by Vox Drive and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Service in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property.
